On January 12th, Mr. Wu Yigang, Chairman of Ningshing Holdings, met Zhang Liang, General Manager of Ningshing Dominican DJM Rubber Shoes Production Base, who had just returned to China for debriefing. Ms. Gao Ping, Vice Chairman and Party Secretary of Ningshing Holdings, Mr. Tan Zhengguo, Executive Vice President, Mr. Zhang Lei, General Manager of Ningshing Trading Group, and Mr. Tong Xiaojian, General Manager of Rubber Shoes Division attended the meeting.

On behalf of the company, Chairman Wu thanked Mr. Zhang and his team for their contribution to the development of DJM in Dominica. He said that DJM was a key project with strategic significance for the company, adding that over the past two years, under the leadership of Mr. Zhang’s team and the efforts of all staff, the number of production lines, the production capacity and output of the company have increased rapidly. At the same time, the rubber shoes market has recognized company’s product quality, and a number of core customers have been successfully attracted. As the largest Chinese manufacturing enterprise in Dominica with the largest number of local employees, DJM has been highly commended by Mr. Zhang Run, Ambassador of China to Dominica. His three visits and inspections have highly affirmed the contribution made by DJM in enhancing the relations between the two countries. Over his visits, Ambassador Zhang reiterated that the development of DJM has shown the world the quality and speed of China. The company fully affirmed the development performance of DJM and praised DJM for strictly enforcing foreign affairs discipline and maintaining foreign affairs safety and corporate image on behalf of China enterprises.

Ms. Gao Ping praised the development of DJM rubber overshoes production base in recent years. She stressed the need to do a good job with a stronger mission, higher standards, and stricter requirements and strive to achieve the goals and tasks of the new year. Mr. Tan Zhengguo, Executive Vice President, thanked all staff in the DJM team for their efforts and said he was looking forward to the prosperous development of DJM.

Mr. Zhang Liang thanked the leaders for their concern for DJM, and said that he and his team would keep in mind the mission, work hard, try their best to continue to work towards higher goals, and strive to build a world-class shoe production base.

Mr. Tong Xiaojian said that DJM Rubber Shoes Base would adopt a steady development strategy, increase in-depth development cooperation with world-famous rubber shoes companies, intensify product research and development, speed up the introduction of high-end technology and talents, further strengthen refined management, continuously improve product quality, and realize the development of foreign trade sector of domestic bases driven by outsourcing bases.

Chairman Wu has high hopes for the future development of DJM rubber overshoes base. He said that believed that DJM rubber overshoes base could achieve its goal and develop to a new level.
